Clause 3

by deleting paragraph (b) of subsection (1) and substituting the following paragraph:“(b)such other members appointed by the chairman in accordance with subsection (2), being not less than 6 in number and not more than 10 for every elected member in the Town Council or 30, whichever number is greater.”; and

by inserting, immediately after the words “residents of” in the last line of subsection (2), the words “any housing estate of the Board within”.
