Amendment of section 9

Section 9 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “7 days” in the third line of subsection (1) and substituting the words “30 days”; and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after the words “residents of” in the last line of subsection (6), the words “any housing estate of the Board within”.
