Miscellaneous amendments

The principal Act is amended by inserting, immediately before the word “Schedule” wherever it appears in the following provisions, in each case the word “First”:Sections 7(1), (2), (4), (6) to (11), 8, 70(1), 75(1) and 77(1)(i) and (m).
