Clause 20

by inserting, at the end of paragraph (a) of the definition of “consolidated accounts”, the word “or”; and

by deleting paragraphs (b), (c) and (d) of the definition of “consolidated accounts” and substituting the following paragraph:“(b)the accounts or consolidated accounts prepared in compliance with the Ninth Schedule;”.
