Clause 103
Grant of right of way
(1)
In an instrument purporting to create a right of way over registered land, the expressions “right of carriage way” and “right of footway” shall have the same effect as if there had been inserted in lieu thereof the words respectively contained in Part I and Part II of the Schedule.
(2)
The expressions referred to in subsection (1) shall not have the meaning attributed to them by this section if any alteration is made in the expressions otherwise than by means of a proviso thereto.
