Clause 171

For the avoidance of doubt, it is hereby declared that nothing in this Act shall affect the rights conferred on the Public Utilities Board by section 15 of the Public Utilities Act [Cap. 261], the Director-General of Public Works by sections 34 and 35 of the Local Government Integration Act [Cap. 166] and the Director of Water Pollution Control and Drainage under section 16 of the Water Pollution Control and Drainage Act [Cap. 348].
