Clause 28
Land-register
(1)
The Registrar shall cause a register (referred to in this Act as the land-register) to be maintained for the purposes of this Act.
(2)
The land-register shall comprise —
(a)
folios;
(b)
dealings registered therein under this Act;
(c)
a record of all dealings affecting, and entries made in respect of, a computer folio; and
(d)
instruments, caveats and other documents in the approved form registered or notified under this Act.
(3)
The land-register may be maintained in or upon any medium or combination of mediums capable of having information recorded in or upon it or them.
(4)
The Registrar may, from time to time, vary the manner or form in which the whole or part of the land-register is maintained.
