Approved forms
(1)
The forms from time to time approved by the Registrar shall be used for all applications, instruments and caveats intended to affect registered land.
(2)
The Registrar may register any instrument, caveat and application containing departures from an approved form and the instrument, caveat or application shall be deemed to be in a form approved by the Registrar.
