Clause 61
Instruments to take effect as deeds
(1)
Upon registration, any instrument disposing of or creating an interest in registered land shall have the effect of a deed.
(2)
Nothing in this Act shall prevent a party to an instrument affixing his seal thereto or giving to the instrument any additional form of solemnity not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act.
