Standard terms and conditions applicable to mortgages
Where the Minister has pursuant to section 170 made rules to prescribe standard covenants and conditions which are to apply to mortgages, such prescribed covenants and conditions shall from the date of operation of the relevant rule be deemed to have been incorporated in mortgages and charges made on or after that date.
