Clause 62
Minister may establish approved schools and approved homes
(1)
The Minister may, by order published in the Gazette, establish such approved schools and approved homes as may be necessary for the purposes of this Act.
(2)
Every such order shall specify the premises in which the approved school or approved home to which it refers is to be established and shall state whether the same is to be used for male or female persons, or both.
