Duty to inform manager
Where a child or young person detained in an approved school or approved home is admitted to an approved hospital, it shall be the duty of a registered medical practitioner or any officer of the approved hospital to inform the manager of the approved school or approved home, if he has reason to believe that the child or young person may escape.
