Clause 3

by deleting the words “an annual general meeting before the close of each year” in subsection (2) and substituting the words “a general meeting once in every 3 years”; and

by deleting subsection (3) and substituting the following subsection:“(3) The Board shall, before the holding of a general meeting of the Association, cause a notice to be sent to all members of the Association giving them at least 7 days’ notice of the holding of the general meeting, and specifying the date, time and place of the meeting and the business to be transacted thereat, and such notice shall be deemed to have been received by a member if sent by ordinary post or despatched by messenger to the address of the member as stated in the records of the Association.”.
