Amendment of section 17
Section 17 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “, to be known as notified commodities,” in the penultimate line of subsection (1); and
(b)
by inserting, immediately after subsection (10), the following subsection:“(11) For the purposes of this section, “commodity” includes any product and process.”.
