Clause 19

Sections 44, 45 and 46 of the principal Act are repealed and the following section substituted therefor:“Enforcement of judgments of District Courts

44. Subject to section 43(3), a judgment or order of a District Court may be enforced in any manner prescribed by Rules of Court.”.
