Clause 24

Notwithstanding the amendments in Part IV of the principal Act, that Part shall continue in force and have effect in relation to proceedings which are pending in a subordinate court immediately before the commencement of this Act as if this Act had not been enacted, except that sections 33A, 41A and 56A in Part IV as inserted by this Act shall apply to such proceedings.
