Clause 2

A further sum of $525,449,410, not otherwise provided for by the Supply Act 1992 [Act 20 of 1992], is hereby authorised to be issued from the Consolidated Fund for the period from 1st April 1992 to 31st March 1993 and that sum is hereby appropriated for the purposes of the Heads of Expenditure specified in the Schedule.
