Amendment of section 12

Section 12 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after the word “revocation” in subsections (1) and (2), the words “or suspension”; and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after the word “revocation” in the marginal note, the words “and suspension”.
