Amendment of section 96
Section 96 of the Customs Act is amended by deleting subsection (1) and substituting the following subsection:“(1) The declarations referred to in sections 37, 59 and 80 shall be made on such form as may be determined by the Director-General and shall give a full and true account of the particulars for which provision is made in the form.”.
