Amendments to sections 115, 118 and 137
The Customs Act is amended by inserting, immediately after the words “under this Act” in sections 115 (fourth line), 118(1) (fifth line) and 137(a) (fourth and sixth lines), the words “or any order or regulations made thereunder”.
