Amendment of section 130
Section 130(1) of the Customs Act is amended —
(a)
by inserting, immediately after the words “this Act” at the end of paragraph (d), the words “or any order or regulations made thereunder”; and
(b)
by deleting paragraph (j) and substituting the following paragraph:“(j)sells, exchanges or gives away or offers to sell, exchange or give away to any person in Singapore, goods which are his duty-free allowances in Singapore,”.
