Amendment of section 47
Section 47(1) of the Immigration Act is amended —
(a)
by inserting, immediately after the word “embarked” in the tenth line, the words “for Singapore or to any other port or place designated by the Controller”; and
(b)
by deleting the words “voyage or flight” in the twelfth line and substituting the words “voyage, flight or journey”.
