Clause 30

The Schedule to the principal Act is amended by inserting, immediately after sub-paragraph (f) of paragraph 1 (1), the following sub-paragraph:“(fa)the Council is satisfied that a sole solicitor is incapacitated by illness or accident to such an extent as to be unable to attend to his practice;”.
