Clause 9

The principal Act is amended by renumbering section 66 as subsection (1) of that section, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following subsection:“(2) Notwithstanding subsection (1), the Chief Justice or the Attorney-General may require the Council to disclose to him any matter or information relating to any complaint of misconduct or disciplinary action against any advocate and solicitor.”.
