Regulations
(1)
The Minister may make regulations for any purpose for which regulations may be made under this Act and for prescribing anything which may be prescribed and generally for the purpose of carrying this Act into effect.
(2)
Without prejudice to the generality of subsection (1), the Minister may make regulations with respect to any of the following matters or for any of the following purposes:
(a)
for prescribing the procedure in respect of any proceedings under this Act; and
(b)
for any incidental matters for which the Minister thinks it expedient to provide with a view to securing compliance of this Act.
