Amendment of section 76

Section 76 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after the words “A disciplinary officer” in the first line, the words “or a Senior Disciplinary Committee”; and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after the word “him” in the second line, the words “or it”.
