Amendment of section 115

Section 115 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after the words “an officer thereof” in the third line, the words “or the Registrar”; and

(b)

by deleting the words “the officer” in the sixth line and substituting the words “an officer, a warrant officer or the Registrar”.
