Amendment of section 118
Section 118 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by inserting, immediately after the words “second lieutenant” at the end of subsection (1)(g), the words “and a warrant officer shall not be reduced below the rank of second warrant officer”;
(b)
by inserting, immediately after the words “An officer” in the first line of subsection (4)(a), the words “or a warrant officer”; and
(c)
by inserting, immediately after the words “A soldier” in the first line of subsection (4)(b), the words “other than a warrant officer”.
