Amendment of section 130

Section 130 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “appeal against his conviction” and substituting the words “appeal against his conviction or sentence”; and

(b)

by deleting the marginal note and substituting the following marginal note:“Bail pending appeal.”.
