Consequence of failure by debtor to comply with voluntary arrangement
Where a debtor fails to comply with any of his obligations under a voluntary arrangement, the nominee or any creditor bound by the voluntary arrangement may present a bankruptcy petition against the debtor in accordance with Part VI.
