Power to change conduct of proceedings
Where any petitioner does not proceed with due diligence on his petition, the court may substitute as petitioner —
(a)
in the case of a creditor’s petition, any other creditor to whom the debtor is indebted in the amount required under section 61(1)(a); or
(b)
in any other case, the Official Assignee,and thereafter the proceedings shall, unless the court otherwise directs, be continued as though no change had been made in the conduct of the proceedings.
