Meeting of creditors
(1)
The Official Assignee may, at any time after the making of a bankruptcy order, summon a meeting of the bankrupt’s creditors.
(2)
Notwithstanding subsection (1), the Official Assignee shall summon a meeting of the bankrupt’s creditors whenever directed by the court to do so or whenever requested in writing by one-fourth in value of the bankrupt’s creditors to do so.
(3)
Every meeting summoned under this section shall be conducted in accordance with the prescribed rules.
