Appeals from Commissioner
(1)
Provisions shall be made by Rules of Court for regulating appeals to the High Court under this Act against orders or decisions of the Commissioner.
(2)
On such an appeal —
(a)
the Attorney-General shall be entitled to appear and be heard; and
(b)
such other persons as the rules allow or as the High Court may direct may appear and be heard.
