Power of Authority to grant licences
(1)
The Authority may grant the following licences:
(a)
broadcasting licences; and
(b)
broadcasting apparatus licences.
(2)
The Authority shall grant licences under subsection (1) in such categories as it may determine are appropriate for the regulation of the broadcasting industry.
