Free-to-air broadcasting services
(1)
A free-to-air licensee shall provide broadcasting services in such language as may be specified in its licence.
(2)
Each free-to-air broadcasting service shall be broadcast for not less than such number of hours during each day as may be specified in the free-to-air licence.
