Clause 3

There is hereby established a body to be called the Singapore Broadcasting Authority which shall be a body corporate with perpetual succession, capable of suing and being sued in its corporate name and performing such other acts as bodies corporate may by law perform, and shall exercise and perform such other powers and functions as are conferred by or under this Act.
