Special features of broadcasting company
(1)
Subject to subsection (2), the chief executive officer of a broadcasting company and at least one-half of its directors must be citizens of Singapore.
(2)
The Authority may in writing approve the appointment of any person who is not a citizen of Singapore as a director or chief executive officer of a broadcasting company.
(3)
This section shall have effect notwithstanding the provisions of any other written law or of the memorandum or articles of association, or other constitution, of a broadcasting company.
