Clause 57

Where an employee of the Corporation has been transferred to the service of a broadcasting successor company or the Authority pursuant to section 54, the company or the Authority, as the case may be, may reprimand, reduce in rank, retire, dismiss or punish in some other manner that employee for any misconduct, omission or neglect of duty which took place or occurred whilst he was in the employment of the Corporation if the misconduct, omission or neglect of duty would have rendered him liable to be reprimanded, reduced in rank, retired, dismissed or punished in some other manner by the Corporation as if this Act had not been enacted.
