Clause 62

Offence of hindering employee or agent of Authority

Any person who obstructs or hinders any employee or agent of the Authority acting in the discharge of his duty under this Act or the regulations shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $5,000.
