Clause 78

Amendment of First and Second Schedules

(1)

The Minister may, by notification in the Gazette, at any time amend the First or Second Schedule.

(2)

The Minister may, in any notification made under subsection (1), make such incidental, consequential or supplementary provisions as may be necessary or expedient.
