Amendment of Article 110A
Article 110A of the Constitution is amended by deleting clauses (2) and (3) and substituting the following clause:“(2) It shall be the duty of the Education Service Commission to appoint, confirm, emplace on the permanent or pensionable establishment, promote, transfer, dismiss and exercise disciplinary control over all public officers in the Education Service of the Singapore Civil Service.”.
