Amendment of Article 110B
Article 110B of the Constitution is amended by deleting clauses (2) and (3) and substituting the following clause:“(2) It shall be the duty of the Police and Civil Defence Services Commission to appoint, confirm, emplace on the permanent or pensionable establishment, promote, transfer, dismiss and exercise disciplinary control over all public officers in the Police Service and the Civil Defence Service, including the transfer of such officers between those Services.”.
