Clause 3

Section 6 of the principal Act is amended by inserting, immediately after subsection (6), the following subsection:“(7) Every finance company shall pay such annual licence fee (including fees in respect of each of its branches) as the Authority may determine by notice in writing and in such manner as the Authority may determine.”.
