Clause 2

A further sum of $1,575,000,000, not otherwise provided for by the Supply Act 1994 [Act 3 of 1994], is hereby authorised to be issued from the Development Fund for the period from 1st April 1994 to 31st March 1995 and that sum is hereby appropriated for the purposes of the Head of Expenditure in the Schedule.
