Amendment of section 6

Section 6 of the National Registration Act (referred to in this Act as the principal Act) is amended by inserting, immediately after subsection (2), the following subsection:“(3) Nothing in this section shall prevent the re-registration of a person who fails to re-register within the period specified in subsection (1).”.
