Clause 13

Section 31(1) of the Factories Act is amended by deleting paragraph (c) and substituting the following paragraph:“(c)it has been tested and thoroughly examined by an approved person and a certificate of such test and examination specifying the safe working load and signed by the approved person has been obtained and is kept available for inspection.”.
