Clause 15

Section 37 of the Factories Act is amended by deleting subsections (6), (7) and (8) and substituting the following subsections:“(6) A report of the result of every such examination, in the prescribed form and containing the prescribed particulars (including particulars of the safe working pressure), shall be prepared in duplicate and signed by the person making the examination.(7) Subsections (11A), (13) and (15) of section 36 shall apply, mutatis mutandis, to a steam receiver as they apply to a steam boiler and the reference to steam boiler in those subsections shall be read as a reference to steam receiver.”.
