Clause 30

Section 76 of the Factories Act is amended by deleting subsection (2) and substituting the following subsection:“(2) Where the occupier of any premises (not being premises forming part of a factory) intends to take into use in the premises a steam boiler, steam receiver or air receiver, section 36(13) shall apply, mutatis mutandis, to the steam boiler, steam receiver or air receiver.”.
