Clause 2

Section 2(1) of the HUDC Housing Estates Act is amended by deleting the definition of “special resolution” and substituting the following definition:“ “special resolution” means a resolution passed at a duly convened general meeting of a body corporate of which at least 21 days’ notice specifying the proposed resolution has been given and against which not more than 25% of the owners of all the flats in the housing estate concerned have cast their votes.”.
