Amendment of section 13
Section 13 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the word “specify —” in the fourteenth line of subsection (1) and substituting the words “specify all or any of the following:”; and
(b)
by deleting subsection (6) and substituting the following subsection:“(6) This section shall apply to any building works, whether or not for or connected with any temporary building.”.
